Are there any hidden fees I should be aware of?

No, there are no hidden fees. Transparency is important to us, so the price you see is the price you pay. No cleaning fees, no surprises- ever.

Is Rosen House Inn a historical home?

Yes, Rosen House Inn is housed in a beautiful historical (built 1910) home located in the heart of Near Southside just south of downtown Fort Worth. Staying with us is like stepping back in time, with all the comforts of modern amenities.

Where exactly is Rosen House Inn located?

Rosen house inn is located in the near southside just 2 miles south of Sundance square in the Fairmount Historic District, offering easy access to the city’s most popular attractions, dining, and entertainment options. See us on Google Maps.

All of our bedrooms are located on the 2nd story?

Yes, all our bedrooms are located on the 2nd story of the Inn. There is one set of stairs and no elevator. This ensures a private and serene experience for all our guests. *As a bed and breakfast with less than five rooms, we are not required to be ADA compliant and could not comply without altering the home’s structure.

Do you provide Wi-Fi access?

Absolutely! We offer complimentary Wi-Fi access to all our guests throughout their stay.

Is parking available at the Inn?

Yes, we provide free parking for our guests. There's space inside the gated property as well as curbside parking outside, on a quiet side street- so you don't need to worry about finding a spot.

Can I book a room/stay while attending an event?

Certainly! Rosen House Inn bedrooms can be booked for your stay. We are not zoned for events. Please get in touch with us directly to discuss your needs and how we can make your event memorable.

Is Rosen House Inn pet-friendly?

We love animals and have house pets of our own! Rufus and Nellie are Great Dane mixes and integral to the Rosen House family. Due to allergens and regulations, we can accommodate dogs and service dogs are always welcome. Pets incur a small fee to cover extra cleaning and accidents.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you require early check-in, please reach out for availability. Late check-out can only be arranged in advance and based on staff availability. It may on occasion add a fee. *Request based on availability.
